How do real-time AI translation earphones work?
They pair with a mobile app that listens, translates, and plays translated speech through the earbuds. Translation speed and accuracy can vary by language, accent, background noise, and network conditions.
Can two people have a conversation with them?
Yes. Conversation mode is designed for face-to-face translation so each person can speak naturally and hear the translated response.
Do I need internet for translation?
Most real-time AI translation features work best with an active internet connection because language models process speech in the cloud. Some basic features may vary by app version.
Can I use them for calls and music too?
Yes. The earphones are positioned as everyday earbuds, so you can use them for Bluetooth calls, music, and translation sessions.
How do I get the best fit?
Try the included silicone ear tips and choose the size that creates a comfortable seal. A good seal improves comfort, call clarity, and noise reduction.
How long does the battery last?
Battery life depends on the model and how much you use translation, calls, music, and noise cancellation. See each product page for model-specific estimates.
Do you offer returns?
Yes. Unopened and unused products may be requested for return within 30 days after delivery. Original packaging and all accessories are required. Contact support for approval and return instructions before sending anything.
Who pays return shipping?
For an ordinary return, the customer pays return shipping. If we approve a claim for a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, Get Smart Rings, LLC pays the return-shipping cost. There is no restocking fee.
Where do you ship?
We offer free USPS shipping to street addresses in the contiguous United States. We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, PO boxes, APO/FPO/DPO addresses, or US territories.
When will my order arrive?
Orders are processed within 2 business days. Estimated delivery is within 5 business days total, including processing time. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays.
How do I track an order?
When tracking is available, we email the USPS tracking number to the address used for the order. Registered customers can also sign in and open the order from the My Account page.
