Payment and Billing Information

Currency and accepted payment

All prices and charges are in US dollars. We accept credit and debit cards through Stripe. Alternative payment methods are not offered at this time.

Secure processing

Card details are entered into Stripe's secure payment interface and do not pass through or remain on our server. Stripe may perform authorization, fraud screening, and other checks before approving a payment.

Sales tax

Applicable sales tax is calculated during checkout using the shipping address and added before payment is submitted.

Declined payments and order confirmation

A card issuer may decline a transaction. An order is not complete until payment succeeds and the site provides an order confirmation. Verify that the billing details submitted at checkout match the information held by your card issuer.

Refunds

Approved refunds are returned to the original card. We process approved refunds within 2 business days, but the bank or card issuer may take up to 5 additional business days to display the credit.
