Coverage period

Get Smart Rings, LLC warrants Smart Earphones products against manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship for 30 days after delivery to the original purchaser.

What is covered

Coverage applies to a verified manufacturing defect that prevents the earphones, charging case, included charging components, microphones, speakers, controls, or normal Bluetooth functions from operating as described under ordinary use during the warranty period.

What is not covered

• Accidental damage, drops, crushing, loss, theft, cosmetic damage, or normal wear.
• Misuse, improper storage, improper charging, use with damaged or incompatible charging equipment, or failure to follow safety instructions.
• Liquid, moisture, heat, fire, or environmental damage, including immersion regardless of general water-resistance descriptions.
• Unauthorized repair, alteration, disassembly, or modification.
• Normal battery-capacity reduction, consumable accessories, third-party applications, network availability, translation accuracy, or device incompatibility.

Warranty claim process

Email support@smart-earphones.com within 30 days after delivery with your order number, a description of the problem, and available photos or video. Do not ship the product until we approve the claim and provide instructions.

Available remedy

For an approved claim, Get Smart Rings, LLC may repair the product, replace it with the same or a comparable product, or issue a refund. We pay the approved return-shipping cost for covered defects.

This limited warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may have additional rights under applicable law.
